To my educational colleagues in Jordan and Lebanon

This site was created as a companion piece for a April 2013 workshop I conducted for teachers in Jordan and Lebanon.  You are welcome to browse through the resources and materials here, not only to use them yourself, but also  to share them with others.  I share many more resources weekly and monthly - the TeacherLINK blog, and the UCET Newsletter.  UCET is the Utah Coalition for Educational Technology.
One of my colleagues and friends, Dr. Marshall Jones, has created a similar site for a workshop he did with educators in the Philippines.  His site is entitled Free Online Learning Tools. I encourage you to have a look there as well. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for his willingness and permission to re-use some of his work here.

Feel free to communicate with me. Let's share ideas and resources. You may use the form below to contact me.

There is more!

Nathan is very active in sharing educational resources with the education community where he lives. The TeacherLINK blog is one site he uses to publish new resources almost daily. The Phenomenal Website Resources sites is a site that has what he feels are some of the very best resource sites out there currently. Check out my other website links below...

A former elementary school teacher, Nathan teaches students of every age from young children to senior citizens. He taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades at the Santa Clara Elementary School in Santa Clara, Utah for twelve years.

Over the last several years, he has had the opportunity to work extensively with groups of international teachers through the IREX/TEA program sponsored and funded through the U.S. State Department. In 2011, he was invited by the U.S. State Department to go to Amman, Jordan to train high school teachers from Jordan and Lebanon in the use of technology in education, and to share open education resources with them.

He is pictured above with his wife, Phyllis. They have seven children. Nathan also is an artist, graphic designer, and photographer.
